Terms of Service
All "made to order" and "custom" sales are final. No returns will be accepted. All measures possible will be taken to ensure customer satisfaction with the final product. Due to the nature of handmade products, wait time will vary depending on work load--especially during holiday seasons. Please allow at least 2-3 weeks for completion of "made to order" products. The business owner will communicate the anticipated wait time to the buyer upon receipt of purchase.
"Repair" services may be denied at the discretion of the business owner.
Return and Refund Policy
Returns will only be accepted in the case of items ordered from "In Stock" section. Cases in which a return/refund is desired, an explanation and photo citing a defect in the item is required. If that explanation is accepted, at the discretion of the business owner, a refund will be issued upon return of the item, less the original shipping fee. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
-Customer's personal information, (email, phone, address, billing, etc.) will not be shared outside of necessary channels.
-The business owner actively updates social media accounts with photos and descriptions of current projects. If the customer wishes that their "custom" item not be published in part or entirety, they must provide notice to the business owner prior to the start of work.
